These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply exclusively to OxyHyperbaric hyperbaric oxygen therapy services offered in the United States by Regenoxy LLC (“OxyHyperbaric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They do not apply to OXYGENGDL or services offered in Mexico. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you (“you,” “Client,” or “Patient”) agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, do not use our websites or services. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our OxyHyperbaric website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Nature of services
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) provided by OxyHyperbaric is a supportive, complementary service. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
Information on our websites is for general informational purposes only and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Individual results may vary. Our services may be subject to federal and Texas state regulation; we operate in compliance with applicable requirements for our services and facility.
Statements on our websites have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) unless expressly stated in a licensed clinical context where applicable. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease except as permitted by applicable law and licensure.
4. Eligibility, screening, and safety
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health and contact information.
- Disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, implants, pregnancy, recent surgery, claustrophobia, or other factors that may affect HBOT safety.
- Follow all instructions from our staff before, during, and after each session.
- Notify us immediately of any adverse reaction or emergency.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that participation poses a safety risk or violates our protocols.
5. Appointments, cancellations, and no-shows
- Appointments may be scheduled through approved channels (phone, email, web forms, or messaging platforms we designate).
- Session times and availability are subject to change based on equipment, staffing, and operational needs.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten or require rescheduling of your session.
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any fees for late cancellations or no-shows, will be communicated at booking or on-site.
6. Fees and payment
Prices for sessions, packages, or other services are communicated directly and are subject to change for future purchases. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees paid are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Refund or credit policies for unused packages, if any, will be disclosed at purchase.
7. Website use
You agree not to use our websites for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with site operation, or to copy or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent from Regenoxy LLC.
8. Intellectual property
All OxyHyperbaric content—including text, logos, graphics, images, and design—is owned by Regenoxy LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our websites and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Regenoxy LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our websites or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regenoxy LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of our websites or services or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable U.S. federal or state law.
14. Dispute resolution
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@oxyhyperbaric.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, pandemics, labor disputes, acts of government, or failures of third-party services.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written policies provided at booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Regenoxy LLC regarding OxyHyperbaric services.
